Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Reisig has researched every possible way to ensure the safest dental office for our patients and our staff.
To complement our infection control process, we have added Extraoral Dental Suction Systems in our hygiene operatories which remove aerosols and droplets via a high-speed suction system, a medical-grade HEPA filtration system that removes particles down to 0.3 microns, and a medical-grade UV light that disinfectants and kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria that are trapped in the filter.
We have always followed strict OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines along with “universal precautions” with the utilization of a hospital-grade autoclave sterilizer and the complete disinfection of all surfaces in each treatment area with Cavicide spray and wipes to ensure proper disinfection and elimination of 99.9% of microbes.
